We deliver worldwide, to customers across the United Kingdom, Europe and the rest of the world.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on every order, to every country we serve. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.

Track & Trace on Every Order

Every parcel is fully tracked. As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email, so you can follow your package in real time from our warehouse to your door.

Processing Time

All orders are processed the same day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Time

United Kingdom — 5 to 14 business days after processing.
Europe — 8 to 14 business days after processing.
Rest of the World — 10 to 18 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Import Duties & Taxes — Already Paid

All import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will never be asked to pay additional customs charges when your parcel is delivered.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Requests for order edits or address updates must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order. After processing begins, modifications are no longer possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
