UK delivery takes 5 to 14 working days, fully tracked (Europe 8 to 14). At peak times or with carrier delays it can take a little longer, and you can always follow it live.

Yes. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, including international orders, with duties and taxes included.

Cool wash inside out on a delicate cycle, or dry-clean to keep satin at its best. Lay flat or hang to dry, and iron on low. Avoid bleach to protect the colour and finish.

Hand wash cold or dry-clean, and always dry flat. Store on a padded hanger or folded with tissue to protect the detailing.

Not with a little care. Wash cold, avoid direct sun when drying and skip the bleach — our fabrics are chosen to hold their depth of colour wear after wear.

Unworn pieces with their tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Write to info@lovabellefashion.co.uk with your order number. Within 1–2 working days we'll send you the return address and instructions.

Return postage is at your own cost — we recommend a tracked service. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover the return.

Each product page has the measurements in cm and fit notes for that dress. Most pieces are true to size — if you prefer a little more room, or you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
