Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece with its tags. We don't process direct exchanges — return the dress and place a new order to secure your size. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Return postage is at your own cost, so we recommend a tracked service. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover the return. Final sale and altered pieces cannot be returned.

Cool wash inside out on a delicate cycle, or dry-clean to keep satin at its best. Lay flat or hang to dry, and iron on low. Check the care label inside your dress for fabric-specific guidance.
